Brennans Cookshops top flor is dedicated to the Sugarcraft Art, you will find ready made icing, sugar paste, taste coulouring, dusting powder, silicone mooulds, all types and shapes of cutters, wide range of baking tins, sugar decorations and flower sprays, ready made roses, piping bags, nozzles, modeling tools, flower forming pads, sugarcraft rolling pins, flower boards, smoothers and polishers, cake boards and boxes, cake toppers, specialized books for cake decorating and many others.

Cake Decorating will bring on a whole new world to you because we're bringing the American company Wilton to the public of Cork. We are running a series of Hands On courses where you will learn how to make perfectly decorated cakes for your families special occasions.

Say farewell to bought birthday cakes. We are the first Authorized teachers in the whole of Ireland and are really excited to have the opportunity to pass this fun and organized way of learning cake decorating on to you. The whole idea of these courses is to get away from Sugar Craft as a lot of us unfortunately don’t have the time to spend hours of time on a cake.

This course makes Cake Decorating accessible to everyone. We teach using simple mediums such as Royal Icing, Butter cream and Fondant and the cakes not only taste great but they look great too.Within a few weeks you too will be making professional looking cakes that will wow your friends and family.

We take a maximum number of 12 students per class and you will get a certificate that is world recognized at the completion of the four weeks. Courses are priced at €100 and this includes a complete picture guided course book.
