Richard
Richard started his career in cookery at the age of 16, finding a flair for it after winning gold at the All Ireland Tesco Young Cook of the Year and bronze the following year. Numerous awards had preceded these but these he holds dear.
While attending the CIT Culinary Arts programme he again won bronze at the Prestigious Munster Grand Prix.
Since then he has traveled both nationally and internationally to hone his skills whilst also gaining valuable experience from such chefs as Michelin Star Chef Gerry Kirwan, and Corbin Tomaszeski of the exclusive Canadian store Holt Renfrew.
He is currently head chef of a busy restaurant in cork city. Book a class now!

She cooks a nice variety Asian dishes. She is from Vietnam and she has been living and traveling a lot around Asia like: Thailand, Malaysia, Singapo. That experience gives her a huge benefit to be able to catch the taste of Asian dishes and put it into her work and passion. She also traveled a lot in Europe like Sweden, England, Czech Republic, Australia and many other countries. With all that traveling together with her husband, she cooked a lot for their friends and she know what suites Western taste creating a good collection menu for everybody. In Ireland she has been teaching in many places like Limerick, Waterford, Cork, Mallow. Book now!
